The west coast is the western half of the Belgian coast. It is a coastal strip of about 20 km and runs from De Panne, against the French border, until just before Middelkerke. The coastal towns of Sint-Idesbald, Koksijde, Oostduinkerke, Nieuwpoort and Westende, from west to east, are part of it.

These small but cozy seaside resorts follow each other seamlessly. Each resort has its own assets, but offers the tourist lots of sea and a lot of edge animation. And with good-tempered weather gods, there is a lot of sun on top. You can easily explore the west coast with the coastal tram: you save time and money for a parking space!
